At Rodcem, we strive to provide the best possible service to our valued customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a refund policy for app installation and monthly subscription fees in accordance with the following terms:
App Installation Fee: The one-time app installation fee of BDT 10,000 is non-refundable once the app has been installed on the agent's device. We encourage our agents to thoroughly review the app features and functionality before making the installation payment.
Monthly Subscription Fee: The monthly subscription fee is refundable only if the agent cancels their subscription within the first 7 days of the billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for subscription fees paid for previous billing cycles.
Refund Request Process: To request a refund for the monthly subscription fee, the agent must submit a written request to our customer service team within 7 days of the start of the billing cycle. The request should include the agent's name, account number, and reason for the refund request.
Refund Disbursement: Once the refund request is received and processed, the refund amount will be credited to the agent's registered bank account within 30 business days.
