Agent Cancellation Policy:

Rodcem.com reserves the right to terminate the agent’s membership and cancel the agreement with immediate effect if the agent violates any of the terms and conditions of the agreement.

The agent can cancel their membership and agreement with Rodcem.com by providing a written notice of cancellation. The cancellation will take effect from the end of the current subscription period.

In case the agent cancels the membership before the end of the current subscription period, Rodcem.com will not issue any refunds for the remaining subscription period.

If the agent has any outstanding payments or dues, they must clear them before the cancellation takes effect. Failure to do so may result in legal action against the agent.

The agent’s account will be deactivated upon cancellation of their membership. Rodcem.com will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from the deactivation of the account.

The agent will have no further rights to access Rodcem.com’s platform or services after the cancellation of their membership. Any intellectual property rights, licenses or permissions granted to the agent during the membership period will also cease to exist.

Rodcem.com reserves the right to modify or update the agent cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

 

Order Cancellation Policy :

Orders can be cancelled by the customer or the agent within 24 hours of placing the order.

To cancel an order, the customer or the agent must contact rodcem.com through our customer service hotline or email within the stipulated time period.

If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing it, the customer or the agent will receive a full refund.

If the order is cancelled after 24 hours of placing it, the customer or the agent may be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.

If the order has already been shipped or delivered, it cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.

In case of any disputes, rodcem.com reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to cancel an order and issue a refund.
